Terms of service for Private Hire.
Our standard quote includes up to 2hrs of service and we reserve the right to close and clean up if we've noticed everybody is happy and full.
We only offer eco-friendly, compostable food containers and cutlery.
Waste collection is not included in the quote.
A deposit of $402.5 is required to secure a booking and is non-refundable if cancelled with less than 25 working days of notice. No booking is secure without a deposit unless otherwise stated.
The number of portions agreed in emails/quotes can only be reduced up to 2 weeks from the event. We will do our best to accommodate increases in portion numbers given reasonable notice and we will need to confirm capacity.
Full payment of the booking is encouraged early and is due 24hrs before the event date. We have a strict no payment no service policy. Any agreed refunds will be deducted of an admin fee and any commissions involved in case we’re booked via a third party.
The client needs to let us know of any obstacles that might stop us from accessing the venue and we need a flat surface to park the trailer.
The client also needs to let us know in advance if there’s access to power. We only require a standard 10a plug and will bring a 25mts extension lead.
If we’re unable to access the venue, we won’t be able to work and no refunds are offered.
Our standard quote includes travel of up to 50kms from West Auckland.
Additional travel Fee: $150+gst if the venue is above 50kms and less than 100km from our base.
Additional hourly rate: $150+gst
